Top Floor of Home-balcony with Views

Private, quiet, scenic, 3 minutes to interstate and 20 minutes to downtown. New 2-story home with top story balcony has great views. There are 3 rooms upstairs available as unit; One queen bed, one 2 twins with small futon (small child only) and the 3rd a comfortable full-size futon in the office (not big enough for 2 adults). No door on office. Rooms could also be rented individually under separate option. Owner lives downstairs with cat and dog. No parties and no cooking facilities. The space Rooms can be rented separately for lower price. Guest access The rooms available are upstairs. Other things to note Breakfast available at additional cost upon prior notice. I have a dog and a cat. small dog. she does not bite. The cost is for upstairs area of 2 bedrooms, shared full bath and office with full-size futon. No parties allowed. This includes dinner parties.
