Victorian Semi Detached House

Openness was the key theme to the refurbishment ; the Kitchen and Dining rooms merged into one with large doors extending this space further onto the patio. Space re arranged upstairs to include a bathroom and three separate bedrooms. STAIRS : Please not that this is a Victorian era two up two down house and as such the stairs are quite steep. Hidaloo. we recently commissioned the Hidaloo downstairs. This provide shower and downstairs toilet whilst taking up very little space. The space No 8 Features a Master bedroom, a second bedroom and a bunk room. The 'Master bedroom' has a double bed, the second bedroom a small double (the room is a bit small for this - please don't come expecting this to be spacious') and the Bunk room has a Bunk bed ( full length however only 2'6" wide). We offer an upstairs bathroom with the shower over bath arrangement and downstairs we have maximised the use of space with a fixed rainhead shower and Hidaloo ( you may not even realise its there!). Please note this is a traditional Victorian Semi and the Stairs are very steep (This may make the property unsuitable anyone concerned about steep stairs or very young kids). Downstairs the Kitchen and Dining spaces have been merged; 'pillarless' Bifold doors open onto the patio. This provides a great space to relax after work. Especially if we are graced with Sun. Guest access Whole House, patio and garden 'mainly laid to lawn'.(though i have to admit its looking a bit neglected right now) Other things to note Situated within the Surrey Hills Mountainbiking mekka the house is an excellent base for 'exploring' The Surrey Hills. Trails and Bridleways abound the area. Mountain bikes may be hired from Surrey Hills Cycle Hire who operate locally and can deliver bikes to the house. Previous guests have spoken very highly of. Broadband is super high speed - accessible by WiFi . No TV ! Farncombe Station is a short 5 min walk away. Parking in the road is limited ; and the road narrow so tricky for large vans.
