Cozy room in the heart of Mennecy

We offer this 20 m2 room that can accommodate up to 3 people in our eco-friendly family home located in the heart of the charming village of Mennecy, within walking distance of all shops (5 minutes) and transport (RER D 8 minutes away). The space The room is located on the 1st floor of our house and you will share the kitchen (with a dining table) and the bathroom with a tenant living on the 2nd and top floor. This 17 m2 bedroom is doubly exposed (street and garden) and has a 140 x 200 cm double bed and a 90 x 200 cm single bed, a shelf, a mirror and a desk. Guest access On the ground floor we offer you the opportunity to enjoy our 50 m2 living-dining room to share good times with family or friends. Finally, you can enjoy the garden which has garden furniture as well as a table to enjoy an aperitif at the end of the day or a good meal in the sun (access to the gas barbecue). For information, in the second part of the garden there is a vegetable garden and a hen house (3 hens) with a fence, so the hens cannot access the part of the garden that you occupy. During your stay We live on site, which makes us available to advise you and give you as much advice and information as possible to make your stay go smoothly!
