In a corner of our 1700 villa, flanked by an oratory dedicated to San Giustino, we have a lovely house made of two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen, that easily welcomes a small family. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with access to the swimming pool, it offers an unforgettable experience away from the classic tourist circuit. The large spaces of the garden offer the tranquility ans security so much sought in covid time. Come and let yourself be captivated by the spirit of the place. The space This building is a former farmhouse annex and has been renovated to a high standard, whilst retaining its original charm. The property is split over two levels and sleeps 4. There is a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, a living room and bathroom. It has its own garden terrace to enjoy summers evening and meals outside, and of course you have access to the pool area as well as the communal gardens. We are in a pivotal location to visit Tuscany with day cultural trips. In fact we are at 5 miles from Pistoia, 20 from Florence, Lucca and Pisa, 90 minutes from Volterra and Siena. In an hour we can reach several places on the TIRRENO coast. The apartment sleeps four, but if your group is larger, we also have other properties on site available. Cots can be provided for infants. The title of the water is controlled daily to afford maximum security. Everytime guests change we will igienize all the common surfaces with liquid containing 70% of alcohol. In the pool area you will find a gel that can be used to igienize your hands. Furthermore you will be provided with swimming towels to be used only around the pool.
