Enjoy well deserved rest and relaxation in our spacious home on the Gainesville Country Club golf course and the beautiful Payne's Prairie. Centrally located-close to shopping, restaurants, University of Florida, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, downtown and directly off of I-75. Only 2 miles from Celebration Point with movie theatre, restaurants and entertainment. Perfect for game day group/family gatherings and/or vacations. The space Our place is the perfect getaway, it has all the amenities! Among the many amenities we have are a private hot tub, outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace (wood included), movie theatre room (watch your favorite movie or sports team on the big screen!), free Netflix, 2 gas grills and a Kamado Joe (perfect for wood fired pizza), 2 patios (1 screened in and we even have a portable patio gas heater for chilly nights), mancave, 3- 65" smart TV's plus Roku smart TV (cable included). Minutes from stadium, Archer RD, Butler Plaza, I-75, and only 30 minutes from the best springs (Ginnie, Blue, Poe, Ichetucknee). Our place is so close to everything, but yet you will feel peaceful in a secluded, safe, quiet neighborhood. All you need to bring is your tooth brush and clothes....we have everything else!! Come enjoy. You deserve it! Airbnb puts 6 beds. We have 5 beds. We have 3 queen beds in bedrooms and 2 queen sofa beds. We also have a nice queen size blow up matress but we don't count it as a regular bed. The max number of guests is 10 people. UPDATE: Our place is located in a very quiet Gulf-Club community, so please keep that in mind when deciding if this is the right rental for your occasion. We do allow gatherings, but we don't allow loud parties or disrespect of the property or of our neighbors. If the neighbors can hear you, you are too loud. Absolute no smoking inside the house or garage. We will charge an additional fee if smoke, ashes, or butts are left or can be detected inside the house or garage. We just ask that you respect house rules, have some R&R, and enjoy your stay. Thank you.
