The balconies are available for smoking. - No extra or unregistered guests are allowed. If someone plans to visit, please let us know in advance. - We have power backup for your comfort. During a power outage, lights, fans, TVs, and other essential appliances will continue to work. However, high-power appliances such as the AC, induction cooktop, and jacuzzi will not function until the main electricity supply is restored. - Loud music, yelling, shouting, or any disturbance is not permitted after 10:00 PM.
