Warm family home to share :)

Available to rent short-term, single room in lovely new development. Right off the A10 and M11 it’s easy to find and off road parking is available in front of the house. The house is already accommodated by 2 cats 😸😸 and 2 spaniels 🐶🐶 full-time and an 11 and a 9 year old part-time (shared custody with dad). It has 4 bedrooms so I have decided to let my 4th bedroom, in the hope we meet some interesting people. The space Off road parking available. Cycling distance to city centre (approx 15 mins). Close to Addenbrookes. Good quality (ladies) bike can be borrowed for small extra cost if needed. Trampoline in garden for those so inclined! Excellent pub serving Thai food 5 min drive away. During your stay I work every day but Saturday but in shifts so I’m coming and going at various hours. I’m generally around in the evenings. The kids are with me Thursday to Monday so the house is most hectic at those times but in a fun buzzy way. I tend to batch cook meals in advance so the kitchen is mostly free to prepare food if you wish. The lounge has a large corner sofa. There is TV and internet included.
