We offer for rent our charming family home, nestled in the countryside, on the Mayenne – Évron road, ideal for a stay with family or friends, in a quiet and green setting. Located in a small, peaceful hamlet, in the immediate vicinity of the legendary Notre-Dame de Doucé chapel, listed as one of the oldest in the region, this former presbytery with character offers a living area of 162 m². The space On the ground floor, the house consists of an entrance hall, toilet with sink, a cozy dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a warm living room as well as a laundry room. Upstairs, with hardwood floors throughout, you will find: • three double bedrooms (2 beds 140 × 190 and 1 bed 150 × 200), • a twin bedroom (2 beds 90 × 190), • a bathroom, a shower room, • Toilet with sink. Crib upon request. Outside, you will enjoy a magnificent wooded park of more than 5,000 m², featuring a small pond with fish and frogs, inviting you to relax and contemplate.
