The house is in a great location – just a short walk to the bus to Prague (Černý Most or Letňany metro stations) and to historical monuments and places of interest in Brandýs. The space Studio 32 is a separate vacation cottage located on the same property as our family home, where we live permanently. We share a common entrance to the property and a passageway between the buildings with guests. The cottage itself will provide you with complete privacy. However, our family area (the family house and the adjacent garden) is our purely private space. We greatly appreciate your respect for this division and for not entering our house or garden. Guest access During your stay, you have full and exclusive access to the entire separate Ateliér 32 cottage, which is for your use only. You can also use the shared entrance gate and the access passageway between the houses, which is used for entering and leaving the property. Other parts of the property, such as our family house, the area immediately surrounding it, and the entire adjacent garden, are private and not accessible to guests. Other things to note We have puppies and an assistance dog. They are very friendly, don't bark, and stay in our house or - always with us - in our garden. If you plan to travel to us with a cat, please note that, for safety reasons, it must be kept exclusively inside the apartment. If you were to let it roam freely on the property, it would be in immediate danger due to the presence of dogs.
