Cottage near the Eau d'Heure lakes

It is in Fourbechies, in the residential park of Chénia, that we'll welcome you with pleasure in our cottage "Au catalpa". Quiet location in the countryside but only 5 minutes from the Eau d'Heure dams, offering you a range of activities (tree climbing, golf, aquatic center,...) that will make you happy; ) Comfortable and well-equipped accommodation with beautiful terrace, large garden... everything has been designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible, so welcome to you ; ) David & Elise Other things to note * Please let us know the time of your arrival at least one hour in advance. We will welcome you personally in order to tour the house together, give you some information and answer any questions you may have. When you leave, we will also come and say hello and check together if everything is ok. * Additional indication to find the house: once you arrive in the street 'rue du Haut Marteau', go to the end of it > you will pass in front of a car park (on your right), you continue straight (the street goes up) and above, after the bend, you enter the residential park. The house is at the entrance of the 2nd driveway on the right. Once in this driveway ('clos des dahlias'), it is the 1st house on your left (you'll see the number 115 on the green mailbox). * Sheets and towels are provided. We also provide you with wood if you want to use the stove. * There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed + one with 2 single beds) but we also have a sofa which can be transformed in a double bed. * We ask you to leave the house as you found it ... Any damage must be reported to us. * Before you leave, please make sure that there are no dishes left in the sink, that the dishwasher is finished and that the barbecue / grill is clean (if you have used it). * (Not dangerous) dogs are allowed (with our agreement) but we kindly ask you to respect the following rules: - they do not go upstairs, into the bathroom nor in the armchairs - you must respect the cleanliness of the place and therefore, pick up their poops
