The Farmhouse is great for large families or groups traveling together. No parties, excessive drinking, or loud music. Conveniently located about a mile off Route 30, the house offers a country stay but close to area attractions and shopping. Walmart, Weis, and Dutchway all within 10 minutes drive of the house. Within 30 minutes drive to King of Prussia Mall, Longwood Gardens, Amish attractions, Strasburg. The space The home is owned by Jonathan and Esther Lapp and managed by my husband Paul and I. The home has a rich history, it once operated as The Swan Hotel and Tavern, a Post Office, a General Store, and more recently, a Dairy Farm. The Farmhouse has a spacious kitchen with all the essentials for cooking. There is also a Microwave, toaster, regular drip coffee maker, Breville Espresso Machine, filters and coffee, blender. The dining room has a large table and six chairs but can seat 10 with additional leaves and folding chairs found in the closet. You will also find a few games in the closet. The living room has a sectional sofa with 3 recliners and an arm chair, a Smart TV to log into your own accounts, WIFI, as well as toys for children. 2 full baths are on the main floor as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs you'll find 5 bedrooms (3 with king beds, 1 with a queen bed, and 1 with 2 twins). The 3rd full bath is also upstairs. NEWLY ADDED!! Game room w sofas, Smart TV, and pool table in the detached Garage just off the front walks. The house is located at a cross road so some traffic noise should be expected. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the front porch and backyard. Please respect the property and keep out of the garage and barns. Other things to note **We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays, but after that is used up it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves. **This home has weekly lawn maintenance. Please be advised someone may enter the property for these purposes. **Any items left at the home can be shipped but require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
