Covering approximately 93 m², it can accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the ground floor of the main house. Fireplace, sauna and hot tub provide relaxation. Highlights include red deer outside the window, lovely farm animals, a fishing pond, a barbecue area and free rental bikes. The space The Vodolenka is an idyllic and quietly located vacation complex in a lovingly renovated former 17th-century mill. Nestled in a hilly natural landscape and only about 2 km from the historic town of Domažlice/Taus, the Mühlenhof offers the perfect place for recreation, nature and relaxing vacation days. The holiday apartment described here is located on the ground floor of the main house and can accommodate up to 4 people in an area of approx. 70 m². In addition, the living room can be converted into an additional bedroom if needed, so that up to 6 guests can also be comfortably accommodated. The apartment has a fully equipped private kitchen, a cozy living area and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and is ideal for families, couples or small groups. The spa and guest area with sauna, whirlpool and cozy lounge with tiled stove is also located on the farm and is easily accessible via the courtyard. A special highlight of the Vodolenka is the unique atmosphere of the historic Mühlenhof: red deer right outside the window, lots of lovely farm animals, a private fishing pond, barbecue facilities in the garden and free rental bikes make the stay special. The surroundings invite you to take walks, hikes and bike rides. In winter, cross-country ski trails are nearby. The nearby town of Domažlice also offers cultural attractions, shopping, and cozy dining. Whether it's a family vacation, a nature getaway or relaxing days in the countryside – the Vodolenka combines historical charm, peace and comfort in the midst of beautiful nature. Guest access Since this apartment is located on the ground floor of the main building, you can reach the common and wellness area via the inner courtyard. To do this, simply follow the sign "Ferienwohnungen." From there, you can go directly into the shared guest area. Guests of the vacation apartment have exclusive access to the entire booked apartment, including bedrooms, living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In the common area, there is an additional lounge with games and seating, as well as other leisure activities. From there, on the ground floor, a corridor leads to the laundry area, sauna, hot tub and gym. If you go up the stairs to the first plateau, you will reach the guest garden directly. There is a sandbox, a covered pavilion with a barbecue area and garden furniture, and the pool area. In addition, guests can use the large courtyard and garden area, the campfire area and the animal areas with deer, chickens and ducks. Free bikes are also available. The fishing pond can also be used. Guests can find the correct key by the guest book in the common area. Parking is right in the yard. We ask all guests to respect the privacy of other vacationers. Access is limited exclusively to the booked accommodation and the common areas. Other things to note Annex – Sauna & Jacuzzi (common area) The wellness area with sauna and Jacuzzi is available to all guests of the Vodolenka and is shared. Both apartments can use this area by arrangement. Usage is billed on site: Sauna: € 10 per use (approx. 3 hours) Whirlpool: €3 per use Please leave the wellness area as you would like to find it yourself – clean and tidy. Sauna use and instructions The sauna is located at the end of the corridor in the common area on the ground floor. You can see whether the sauna is currently occupied by looking at the sign on the door. The sauna has several controls: Main switch for light and timer Additionally inside the sauna: stove control for setting time and temperature Please note: The sauna takes about 20 minutes to heat up. Towels and an infusion bucket are at your disposal. Please put the used towels back in the baskets provided. Important notes Please make sure that all settings are returned to their original state after use.
