The driveway accommodates up to six standard passenger vehicles. The garage is used as a recreation and workout area and is not available for vehicle parking. The fenced backyard may accommodate a boat, trailer, semi or other oversized vehicle with advance written approval. Approval depends on vehicle dimensions, turning clearance, ground conditions and applicable neighborhood restrictions. Only registered guests included on the reservation may enter the property unless the host provides written approval before arrival. Do not park on neighboring property, block the street or drive across areas not designated for vehicle access. Thank you! Other things to note CAMERAS: We have one camera on the exterior in the front for your protection. PARKING: -Driveway: up to 6 cars, first-come, first-serve. -Backyard Driveport: Large boat or semi. -Street Side: free and always readily available. TRANSPORTATION: We recommend you rent a car if you are not driving here, as Houston is a car-centric city. Uber/Lyft is available and ample in the area! FAQs Can I adjust the air conditioner and heater? Yes! At your discretion. Is smoking allowed? Smoking is not allowed inside the property. A $250 applies for all occurrences. Please utilize the dedicated smoking area in the sun room. Do you allow pets? No, no exceptions. There is a $325 fee for all occurrences. Sorry! Early check-in/late check-out? Please reach out to us the night before your arrival as our cleaner, Maria, is not scheduled until then. At that time, we can let you know if we can accommodate an early check-in. It's possible an additional fee will apply to accommodate the cleaner's change in schedule. The same goes with late check-out —inquire the day before you are scheduled to depart. Do you provide essentials? Yes! Paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and dish soap are all provided and replenished during your stay via informing me when supplies run out. A starter supply of body wash, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner is provided, but please plan to get your own if the supply is depleted during your stay. Is there a grocery store nearby? Yes.
