The apartment is located in a small apartment building. The space Kitchenette with kitchen equipment if you want to cook and eat your own meals. Living room with TV and large sofa. Bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm wide) and no window, perfect if you want to sleep in the dark in the summer. There is a secluded corner with a desk for studying or working. Bathroom with bathtub – so nice to sink into. Private, signposted parking space adjacent to the property. Same code for the entrance as for the apartment, no keys to lose. Large patio in a secluded garden with barbecue facilities. Possibility to borrow a bike is available. Guest access The space included is the entire apartment. 1 parking space. The garden with seating and barbecue grill. Other things to note Hot/cold water and sewage are included. And heating. Of course, no smoking, incense or vaping in the apartment and stairwell. Skylights must NOT be opened beyond the limit of the chain due to the risk of precipitation then causing water damage. If the apartment is not left in the condition it was in at the beginning, for example, if furniture is moved, there is trash, etc., a fee of SEK 500 will be charged for restoring the apartment.
