Welcome to Getaway on Big Bay, a modern cottage on Higley Flow in Colton, NY. Whether you're sipping coffee on the porch, relaxing by the waterfront or watching the sunset from the living room windows, our open concept cottage is the ultimate escape for those looking to getaway and recharge. Located on the highly desirable 'Big Bay,' enjoy swimming, fishing off the dock, kayaking or simply putting your toes in the sand. If boating is your thing, enjoy docking your boat on your private dock. The space Our open concept cottage offers two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with the use of a full size sofa sleeper. For those with mobility concerns: there is one very small step to get into the cottage; once inside everything is on one floor making our cottage ideal for families who want to relax alongside family members who may have mobility challenges. Included essentials: -Fresh linens, bedding, pillows & blankets -Hand, face & bath towels -Starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap & cleaning supplies -Shampoo, conditioner & body wash OUTSIDE SPACE We've got you covered for the ultimate Higley experience! -Sit or splash in 75 ft. of private waterfront on Higley Flow. -Enjoy relaxing and dining in the adjoining covered porch that overlooks the water (2 small steps allow you to access this area). -Cap off your evening by a fire. -Bringing your own boat or jet ski? There's a boat launch nearby and your own private dock. PARKING -Driveway can comfortably fit 2 vehicles. Additional parking can be found on the grass by the water in front of the cottage. PET POLICY -While we love all animals, out of respect for those with allergies we have a strict no pet policy. Guest access With the exception of the garage, guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note Please note that neighbors are nearby. We ask that you please be respectful and mindful of 10pm 'quiet hours.' We want you to feel like you're 'getting away from it all.'
