Rental unit in Pendleton

The Tiger Den is a one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment located between Anderson and Pendleton, South Carolina about six miles from I-85. We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping. The space We are located in the country on five acres, mostly wooded lot. The apartment is located in the basement of our house, but has its own driveway and exterior entry so you can come and go as you please. The apartment is completely private, but we live in the upstairs and the patio and yard is shared with us and our dog. The dog loves people, but is unpredictable with other animals as such we would advise not staying with us if you have service animals that will be outside in the shared space. Guest access Guest will be able to access the basement apartment via a private driveway. The apartment door is secured with a smart lock, and the pen will be provided prior to check-in.
