Boka Nest is a family home overlooking the breathtaking Bay of Kotor and Mount Lovćen. This is not a luxury villa—it’s a warm, authentic Mediterranean home where our family has spent many unforgettable summers. Other things to note Our home sits on a hillside, which rewards you with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. The last part of the walk back from the beach is a noticeable uphill climb, so it may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility or those who prefer completely flat access. As this is our family home, we’re continuously improving it. Parts of the upper floor and garden are still a work in progress, but everything is clean, comfortable and fully functional. We believe in being honest so our guests know exactly what to expect—and hopefully leave pleasantly surprised.
