‘Aintree’ @ Durley House

Escape the rat race - come and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our largest room with a huge private balcony. Wake to the sound of nature, have a swim in tranquil pool water or take advantage of our giant hot tubs, for a more ‘wild’ experience. Play board games by the fire, football and sport in the garden, watch movies at the outdoor hub, or enjoy some sunbathing and a bbq in the serene environment. Whether alone, with family, friends or pets, come spend some time you won’t forget. The space Our lovely Aintree is situated on the first floor of our huge property. It is a generous size, newly decorated and well equipped room. It has an en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom. Our house is very big, and very quiet, so even if other guests are staying, there will be little noise or interaction. My family and I live on the second floor of this house so you may see us during your visit, but we will ensure you have privacy and we invite you to make yourselves fully at home whilst here. You will have full use of our large kitchen and utility room. Here you can store, prepare and cook your food. There are sections of the main fridge reserved for our guests to store their food. There are two dishwashers. Please tidy up after yourselves to allow others using the kitchen to enjoy their experience. We have the AI magic mirror, for the fitness enthusiasts! The pool is 10 x 5m. There is no lifeguard on duty. We have inflatables and noodles for use. It is available for guests use after 8pm, and usually at other times during the day, but is subject to availability as we hire the pool for private swims, and lessons. Availability will be shared with you on the day of your stay as the booking system is live and subject to change. If you want to book a slot in the pool, for private use, the cost is £50 for the hour and can be booked on the system. The indoor hot tub can be used when the pool is available, but the large outdoor hot tub can be used 24/7 during your stay. Use of the hot tubs and pool is shared between guests. We do not have many guests staying at any one time so it should never be very busy, and your stay will be peaceful. There is a large garden with a swing, trampoline and a hub. In the hub you will find a large tv with surround sound and some seating. This is a great space to play board games or watch tv and socialise, but please be mindful of noise as we have guests staying in the nearby cabins. Dogs are welcome and will love running around in the huge garden. The price listed is for 2 guests staying in Aintree only.
