House in the middle of Tärnaby with its own gym and sauna

Welcome to stay with the whole family/friends in our lovely home. Spacious and modern house with 4 bedrooms, large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. Sauna. Lovely sunny terrace and a well-equipped gym in the annex house. There is a nice and cozy barbecue area behind the house at the edge of the forest. The house is located a stone's throw from ski trails and slopes. Next to the house, there is a nice summer path to Lillberget with a view of Ryfjället. Child-friendly. Centrally located, 500 meters to Coop. Bowling and a library on the same street. The space The entrance is in a large carport. You enter through a wonderfully spacious and comfortable hallway with several places to hang clothes, and a comfortable sofa greets you. On the entrance level, you will find a bedroom with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, which you can use, but firewood is not included, so please buy your own at the gas station or Coop. You will also find a bathroom with toilet and shower on the ground floor. From the living room you can also go out to a lovely covered terrace. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a toilet, as well as closets. One flight of stairs down in the basement, there is a bedroom with a bed and a sofa. There is also the possibility to put an extra mattress on the floor for an extra guest. There is also a box of toys that you are free to borrow if there is interest or need for any of the guests. Here you will also find the laundry room with a washer and dryer as well as an additional shower. You will find a sauna and relaxation area inside the laundry room. In the basement there is an air-source heat pump, and on the ground floor there is another air-source heat pump that heats the house. Out in the yard is an eight-unit house where we have a gym with a treadmill, rowing machine, exercise bike, barbell, and free weights. You are welcome to use it. I hope you will feel at home here. Bed linens and towels are not included. Other things to note This is the first time we are renting out our house, so don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. We are on the road during the fall but are available via Airbnb, phone and email. We therefore ask you to clean the house and take out the trash in the bin in the carport before leaving the house after your stay. We were well received by Magdalena and Andreas with their children.
