It has been refurbished, keeping the original slate and wood floors, beams and fireplace and adding contemporary kitchen and bathroom facilities. The decor is simple, stylish and comfortable. The living room is relaxed with a large sofa, accent chairs and a wood burner, along with central heating radiators, upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and another with two single beds, both are light with smart minimalist styling and there are black-out blinds to keep the early light from disturbing sleep. There is a small patio area by the front door with a bench for morning coffees and a lovely peaceful garden across the road with a table, chairs and parasol for drinks, lunches or dinner, with a view that stretches across the fields beyond.
