BEDROOMS - The home features 4 bedrooms - 2 sets of bedrooms on different floors. - Wi-Fi, heaters and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - 3 rooms have king-sized beds, while 1 room on the ground floor has a queen-sized bed. BATHROOMS - There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached, 1 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in two bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - There are two living rooms - both on different floors. - They can seat up to 8 and 4 people respectively. - Both living rooms offer heaters, TV and Wi-Fi. The music system is available on request. - The indoor and outdoor dining offer seating for up to 4 and 8 people respectively. - There is a balcony with seating for up to 4 people. - There is a small courtyard and a verandah on the lower ground floor. KITCHEN - The kitchenette can be used at no additional cost. Guest access The guests do not have access to the first and the second floor of the villa. Other things to note FOOD - Vegetarian meals are available at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis. The menu is seasonal and may vary. - Breakfast will be served after 9 AM only. Please place the orders 6 hours in advance. - Guests can eat out or order-in nearby restaurants like Iheart Cafe, Darjeeling Cafe, The Good Old Cafe and Cafe Lakeside. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like chess, clue, monopoly or cards. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty or go boating nearby. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up and relish an elaborate barbecue spread. All birding enthusiasts can venture out for a bird photography session. If you are interested in learning more about photography, a basic course can be arranged at no additional cost. All golfers are in for a treat, a golfing session can be arranged. Enjoy a blissful picnic or a candlelight dinner. Venture out on treks and trails. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit is available at no additional cost. A service charge of Rs. 500 will be levied. Ingredients and coal will be charged as per actuals. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session for a duration of 1.5 hours. - The guest vehicle will be sanitised by our staff at a one-time additional cost of Rs.500. - A basic photography course can be availed at no additional cost. - All golfers are in for a treat, a golfing session can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per person. This is subject to availability. - A scenic can be set-up at an additional cost of Rs. 1100 per person, inclusive of BBQ, food and setup. Boat and transportation costs will be additional. - Venture out for a session of bird photography free of charge on your own, or at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 if the owner’s assistance is required. - Guests can enjoy a complimentary candlelight dinner set up. - All food related payments will be accepted in cash only.
