You can walk to both Canillas de Albaida and Árchez, with excellent access via a paved road. The property offers spectacular views of the mountain and the village, as well as a lot of privacy. Other things to note A gated entrance leads to a concrete parking area and a front terrace ideal for relaxing. Inside you will find an open, bright and spacious living-dining room with high ceilings, wooden beams and a wood stove. An arch connects to the fully equipped kitchen, which has direct access to the covered terrace and the pool. The elegant master BD with A/C has an en-suite BA with a shower. There is another double BD, also with an en-suite BA with shower. Outside, you'll enjoy spacious terraces around the 8x4 meter pool with an outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun on the partially covered terraces.
