There is a hot tub on the outdoor terrace (in operation during the summer months), There is a swimming reservoir (Proseč) 2 km from the cottage. There's a stream full of crayfish behind the cottage. Other things to note The cottage is intended for relaxation; it is not suitable for holding parties or playing loud music.
