ESCAPE TO THE SEMOIS VALLEY! ​ ​ We welcome you to our former Gendarmerie, passionately transformed into a holiday home for family, friends or group up to 35 people. This character building located in the charming village of Alle sur Semois will delight you with its large capacity, amenities, amenities, and location in the center of the village, steps from the small local shops and the most beautiful activities in the area! The space The cottage is located in the heart of the village of Alle sur Semois. With its capacity for 35 people and its 11 rooms, it is ideal for groups wishing to gather and spend a good time in the middle of nature, enjoy the many recreational activities that the area allows, explore the surroundings, or meet sporting challenges. We welcome families, circles of friends, associations, clubs, centers and businesses. We also want the tranquility of our village. This cottage is therefore not suitable for groups that organize noisy activities. The 400m² habitable building is an old gendarmerie built in 1875 in the neo-renaissance style. A spacious south facing garden with playground, barbecue, and circle benches decorates the back of the property. Guests can also enjoy a large covered terrace equipped with two large tables with easy access to the kitchen. The fully fenced garden offers children the opportunity to play safely. A small terrace on the facade, with views of the village, completes the whole.
