Le Petit Kerruy - Family cottage near Vannes

What if you came to take a break in the countryside, between Vannes, the Gulf of Morbihan and the pretty Breton walks? Welcome to Petit Kerruy, a family lodge with an enclosed garden where animals are our friends. 5 Sleeping arrangements (+ an extra sofa and a cot installed). The space Le Petit Kerruy is a cozy and family-friendly cottage, designed for simple, comfortable and relaxing stays. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a living area, TV, Wi-Fi, Wii console, dining area and an equipped kitchen. The kitchen has cooking basics during your stay. The master bedroom is also on the ground floor. There is a double bed and a crib. The baby kit can be prepared upon request, at no extra charge, to avoid overloading the car. The bathroom is accessible through this room. Upstairs you will find a family room with a double bed 140 cm and a single bed 90 cm. A safety barrier is in place at the top of the stairs. An extra sofa is also available in the living room. For children, a small library and games area is set up upstairs, with books, board games and children's armchair. Outside, you can enjoy a fully enclosed 400 m² garden and a terrace with table, umbrella, and barbecue. The place is great for eating out, letting the kids play, sitting quietly or just enjoying the country air. Linens and bath linen are provided. Pets are allowed, as long as you respect the accommodation, the garden and the neighborhood. Guest access Guests have access to the entire vacation rental, its terrace, its private enclosed garden and a parking space. The cottage is adjoining our house, but it functions as an independent house: separate entrance, private terrace, and garden entirely reserved for guests. Other things to note Check-ins start at 4 pm. Depending on our availability and the schedule between stays, early check-in can sometimes be accepted upon request, for a small additional charge. Other things to note Around the cottage Le Petit Kerruy is located in the countryside of Colpo, while remaining conveniently situated for exploring Morbihan. If by car: 2 minutes from the village of Colpo; 20 minutes from Vannes, its harbor, its ramparts and its small streets; and from Josselin. about 20/30 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan depending on the walks chosen; less than 40 minutes from Brocéliande; less than 15 minutes from Kingoland; Beaches, walks, Breton villages and family outings are easily accessible. It's a good base for alternating between days of sightseeing, walks in the countryside, family outings, and quiet moments at the cottage.
