The space The space is a newly remodeled duplex. I am a carpenter by trade and have personally performed the work with a craftsman's eye for detail. I live in the totally separate adjoining unit. I was fortunate enough and am forever grateful to have been born and raised here and I spend a lot of time outdoors. If you need any help planning your adventures, don't hesitate to reach out. I know all of the best spots for hiking, photography, beach combing and surfing. Guest access The garage is a common space used by the cleaners and the owner. Guests can access for disposal of garbage. Washer and dryer available upon request. Other things to note 1.There is a dog size limit of 50lbs. No large dogs allowed. You cannot leave dogs unattended inside or outside of the rental unit. 2. NO CATS ALLOWED. Sorry about that but my cleaner has allergies. 3.
