Drängstugan at Östragården

Experience authentic Småland country life in our beautifully renovated Drängstuga. Here, the history of the house has been preserved while you get modern amenities such as a fully-equipped kitchen, TV and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Coffee, tea, bed linens and towels are included. A place where tranquility, nature and farm life are at the center, while you are only a 20-minute drive away from Kalmar's city life. The space Spacious hallway with the possibility to put shoes away and hang up jackets and bags. Living room with 3-seater sofa and TV with Chromecast. Dining table with four chairs. Kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything needed for cooking. Basics such as salt, pepper, coffee, tea. Bedroom for three people with a double bed and a single bed. Bed linens and towels are included. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower. Guest access The entire lower floor of the house is freely available for guest use (the upper floor is currently used only for private storage) Other things to note The house is located on our property, which means that sometimes there may be machinery moving nearby – both on weekdays and weekends. Our dog also lives here, as do a bunch of hens that often roam freely in the garden (but rarely go all the way to the cabin), and the occasional stubborn fly. Real country life, simply put! The farm is located in a small village with a long history and many well-preserved farms and houses. Here, open landscapes, fields and beautiful forests meet with several nice walking trails.
