The stable in Knäred, Sweden!

Tiny house furnished in 2024 in an old barn to a historic ryggåsstuga - great nature with hiking trails, including the Hallandsleden with its 600 km - right outside the door. NOTE: We sometimes live in the house next door. See photos if necessary! Lagan and Krokåen close by (75m) Mountain bike park/ski resort 20 minutes away. The flame bath heated to 25 g within walking distance. Located on a dead-end gravel road. However, close to shopping and, for example, a pizzeria! Kvarnfallet and Flammefallet are right nearby. Canoeing and kayaking opportunities! Campfire site by the waterfall The space Tiny house but nicely furnished. Upstairs bedroom with two beds that can be pushed together. Downstairs, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two. Small kitchenette with everything you need. Heat pump. Bathroom/toilet with heating. You bring your own bed linens, towels, etc. - You clean up after your stay! NON-SMOKING! Guest access The entire "Stalden" and the small garden in front. There is a (low) fence around the garden. The house is about 35 m2 on two floors. We ourselves use the “main house” as a summer house - but there is no need for contact. However, we are “Friendly neighbors” ❤️ Other things to note You must bring your own bed linens - and dish towels, etc. There are 4 single duvets and pillows! And you clean up after yourself! There will be toilet paper, but please restock it and leave two rolls! We're not always in the house and can fill in, so we expect you as a tenant to be a bit helpful! Trash cans are a little up the road Those are the two closest to the house that we can use - the ones with the red gift ribbon ☺️
