An extra room that works as a study, reading corner or second sitting room, with a single bed that converts to a double via a pull-out frame. Full bathroom. Direct access to the garden and the parking. Upper floor — The sleeping quarters: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a French bed (120 cm, comfortable for one), and one bedroom with two single beds. Two balconies looking over the garden and the countryside. Outside — A fenced garden with fruit trees: breakfasts outdoors, long summer dinners, and children and dogs who can run around safely.
