Magical in the Altmühltal Nature Park

The villa is a detached house with stunning valley views, a wrap-around balcony facing south, modernly equipped in the middle of nature. It legally consists of three separate units, each of which can be accessed and checked out contactlessly and flexibly because of the key box. The space The villa is located between Nuremberg and Ingolstadt, 5 minutes by car from Greding with all shopping facilities, 10 minutes to Beilngries on the Main-Danube Canal/Altmühl and to other charming cities. The location is very quiet in the middle of the beautiful Altmühltal Nature Park. There is an electric car charging station in the garage. The wonderfully large, light-flooded apartment with a complete south-facing location is easy to relax and enjoy. It was completely renovated in July 2020, with all household appliances modern and newly equipped and tastefully furnished. Fast Internet Wi-Fi is available (60 Mbps), parking is available on the property right in front of the house. Guest access The villa legally consists of three separate units, each of which can be occupied and checked out contactlessly and flexibly because of the key box. We are not a commercial accommodation, but I rent privately. With a PC you can work from home, the stay is then non-tourist. The fast 60 Mbps Internet is suitable for this. Other things to note Talblick is a wonderfully quiet place with an amazing view of a completely natural green valley. The nearest major cities of Greding (4 km) and Beilngriess (9 km) are easily accessible by car or bike. In particular, the very pretty Beilngries, the Rhine-Main-Danube canal flowing past there are very attractive, as well as the bathing lakes, the monasteries - e.g. only 5 km away the large Benedictine monastery Plankstetten with organic shop from its own organic cultivation - the Limes (border of the Roman Empire) and the dinosaur park are attractive destinations of the Altmühltal Nature Park. Glass and disposable bottles can be thrown into the waste containers in Herrnsberg, Kirchstrasse 15 and 200 m further outside the village. Thank you very much.
