The space The villa is located between Nuremberg and Ingolstadt, 5 minutes by car from Greding with all shopping, 10 min to Beilngries am Main-Donau-Kanal/Altmühl and other charming cities. The location is very quiet in the middle of the fantastic nature park Altmühltal. There is a power gas station for electric cars in the garage. The wonderfully large, light-flooded apartment with a full south-facing location is easy to relax and enjoy. It was completely renovated in July 2020, with all household appliances modernly and newly decorated and tastefully decorated. Fast internet wifi is available (60 Mbps), parking is available on the property right in front of the house. Guest access The villa legally consists of three separate units , each of which can be obtained and checked out without contactless and flexible because of the key box. We are not a commercial accommodation company, but I rent privately. With a PC you can work home office, the stay is then non-touristy. The fast internet with 60bit/s is suitable for this. Other things to note Talblick is a wonderfully quiet place with a wonderful view into a completely natural green valley. The nearest major cities Greding (4km) and Beilngriess (9km) are easily accessible by car or bicycle. In particular, the very pretty Beilngries, the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal flowing past there are very attractive, the bathing lakes, the monasteries - eg only 5 km away the large Benedictine monastery Plankstetten with organic shops from its own organic cultivation - the Limes (border of the Roman Empire) and the dinosaur park are attractive destinations of the Altmühltal Nature Park. Glass and disposable bottles can be thrown into the waste containers in Herrnsberg, Kirchstrasse 15 and 200m further out of town, thank you very much.
