Our home is nestled in a very pleasant and nice community of parks and bicycle paths. It is near grocery stores, restaurants and two theaters. It is more than a thirty minute drive from the Portland airport, however, the location offers quick and easy access to the freeways, I-5 and 205. Please give SPECIAL ATTENTION to where this listing is located. It is Not in Portland. If your plans include exploring the big city of Portland often, you may want to find a place in Portland. Bathroom-There is a full bath with shower and tub upstairs and a half of bath down stairs, both are shared with Airbnb guest if the other listing is rented out. Laundry room - washer and dryer are reserved for guest with reservations in excess of 7 days. Please note there is a $6 fee per load of laundry. This will include detergent and fabric softener. Please do not operate washer and dryer without host assistance. Patio - guest are welcome to enjoy sitting on the rear court side patio deck when weather permits.
