Cozy, comfortable centrally located 3 bedroom home

Enjoy your stay at this charming, cozy yet spacious 3 bedroomed home with stunning views of the valley from the veranda. Perfectly located between the Harden district bowling club and the newly renovated Harden Country club (golf), both just 10 minutes walk away. There is access from the rear lane offering plenty off street parking. Harden is a lovely place to spend a few days, home to the Harden picnic races, the Kite Festival, the Harden Arts Festival, the Cherry Festival and local wineries. The space This three bedroom house is set with high elevation and gets beautiful winter sun on the front veranda for your morning coffee. The front bedroom is bright and spacious, with room for a queen-sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, an open wardrobe, and a small study desk. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is also bright and spacious. The third bedroom has twin single beds and is smaller with no proper wardrobe. This room has a wall panel heater. All beds have electric blankets. The lounge is furnished comfortably with TV. The open fire is not operational but the large reverse cycle AC is ample to heat and cool the front part of the house. There is unlimited satellite wifi installed at the property (network & password will be provided before arrival) The kitchen is more like a studio appartment kitchen, it has toaster, kettle, microwave, air fryer and a one ring induction hot plate but no oven or grill. Guest access The entire house is for guests to enjoy, however there is a locked laundry and a locked storeroom in the backyard, these are not accessible. The back of the property can be accessed from Swift Lane and vehicles can drive down to the back of the house. Other things to note There are no laundry facilities on the property however the Harden laundromat on Neil Street has 24hr access and uses credit card "tap" to operate both washing machines and dryers. The home has been renovated & recently had new carpets installed so we ask that you remove dirty footwear on entry, thanks😀 The home has Starlink wifi available to enjoy during your stay.
