Our charming cottage of 75 m² newly renovated in a house of XVIII is a peaceful and authentic, with all the comforts and furnished with care, which can accommodate a family of 4 to 5 people. It is located on the 1st floor of an outbuilding at the residence of the owners. The common courtyard, accessed through a separate entrance to the apartment is via stairs or elevator inside for people with reduced mobility then .The house consists of an entrance, a kitchen overlooking the living room -private room, a large bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet. The cottage is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. A storage for bicycles is available as well as a relaxation area 50sqm open access (on the ground floor of the house, accessed by the court). This space offers a games area with table tennis, table football and various games. Also enjoy the outdoor space to relax flourished with its furniture (table and barbecue): a haven of peace and tranquility.
