Feel refreshed and ready to explore Waco after waking in this gem! The queen bed has a 3” memory foam topper. Nightstands hold your items. A/C and heat provided by mini splits . There is a NEW restroom that has been added. There is a rain shower, a toilet, and sink. Parking is free and right outside your door. While here feel free to gather flowers from the meadow, or stroll under the majestic oaks. The porch has a café table and chairs. The space Conversion Pony Barn is just the place for a restful, relaxing stay. The bed is extra comfy and has a 3” foam topper. The area around the suite is quiet and has great views of the landscape. A southerly breeze is always present. This is not a fussy space but a place to go barefoot and sip your favorite beverage, watch sunsets, and relax. Guest access The suite sits on 30 a acres and as my guest you have access to all of it to include the stocked fishing hole. It is catch and release except for the blue gill. The catfish and bass both hit on live bait and usually you don’t have to wait long for a bite! Other things to note There is No Smoking or Vaping in the suite.
