Hotel Casa Guadalupe in Tulum is tucked away in the secure La Valeta neighbourhood. Its location is second to none. There’s world class dining, atm, pharmacy and much more within a few minutes on foot. The area is full of boutique hotels but ours is one of few with a pool that spans wider than most city lots (approx 20’x40’). Our common garden courtyard area is full of palms and has several Palapas for your morning coffee by the pool. Perfect place to put the wind back in your sails. The space The units have everything you can expect. There are 12 units in the complex. The place is ultra clean and in good order with our on site maintenance staff Oswaldo and his wife. Other things to note Tulum is different than Cancun or Playa Del Carmen in that the beach is part of the National Park and all of the beach front properties are Ejido Land (similar to reserve land). For this reason the hotels in this district charge exhorbitant prices to account for their leases (as opposed to fee simple ownership) - usually around $1000/night.
