Beautiful country home, spacious, fully equipped, for a relaxing family stay. In a peaceful little village 20 minutes from the Champagne Route and the Cité Internationale de la Langue Française, 40 minutes from Disneyland. Large garden with heated pool (mai-sept.). Tennis court, ping pong 1 dining room + 1 living room + 4 bedrooms (including 1 for children), 2 bathrooms, 3 WC Beautiful walks and places to discover in the area No music outside, no parties, and no noise. The space The house is composed of a ground floor, one floor and 2 exteriors (Church side and Garden side) On the ground floor: 1 Kitchen - dining room (fully equipped kitchen and large dining table), 1 living room (with 2 sofas, TV, DVD player and Wii Console), 1 toilet and 1 laundry room with appliances (Fridge, washing machine and dryer) Upstairs: 1 master bedroom (with double bed + 1 desk), 1 bedroom for children (with 2 single bunk beds), independent bathroom (with shower and toilet), 1 large bedroom (with 2 single beds + 1 desk) giving access to a bathroom (with bathtub and toilet) and another bedroom (with 1 double bed) Sheets, bath towels and tea towels provided Beds made at check-in. Bath towels are not to be used outdoors / for the pool For the little ones, we provide: 1 high chair + 1 umbrella bed (sheets not provided) No smoking allowed. Pets not allowed Remote work available from home A workspace is offered in the master bedroom as well as in the large bedroom Fiber Internet connection and Antenna Relay in the village Outside on the Church side: a terrace, a lean-to, a small garden and a private courtyard to park 1 car Outside on the Garden side: a terrace, a large garden with swimming pool Approximate pool dimensions: 8 meters long, 4 meters wide and 1.5 meters deep The pool is available and heated mid May to mid September. The pool is equipped with a bar cover /safety cover that must be installed / uninstalled manually. No alarm. Children must be under the constant supervision of an adult. To do a little sport, you will find on site: petanque balls, rackets & tennis balls, and something to do a badminton A stone's throw from the house: 1 children's playground with 2 swings and small slide, 1 ping pong table and 1 tennis court (accessible with a key provided). Neighbors around the house. Parties are not allowed. No music outside (in the gardens by the pool and by the entrance), even during the day.
