Elegant double room in Geiselwind, seminar house

The room is located in a newly renovated and modernly furnished apartment (No. 8), which is part of the seminar house "Punkt XII". This exclusive double room with private bathroom offers a particularly nice overnight stay thanks to its tasteful furnishings. The new bathroom in the hallway is separate. Lovingly arranged interior design in warm colors create a pleasant atmosphere with total privacy. The space The double room has a large double bed, two chairs and options to hang clothes as well as its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In apartment 8 there are 6 more rooms (2 single rooms, 4 double rooms) with a total of 12 sleeping options. Guest access The entrance to apartment 8 is on the back side of house number 20. You drive directly behind the house up a street and after 50 meters on the right side you will see a paved courtyard. There you can park for free. From there, a staircase leads to a large, bright seminar room with a parquet floor through which you can reach apartment 8. We will then show you the room on site and instruct you. The room price is without breakfast, which can be booked on request. The seminar room can also be booked by arrangement. The seminar house has a gastronomic kitchen, which can also be booked separately if necessary. Just contact us. During your stay This is a house of encounter. We are happy to be here for you and everyone can get involved here. Seminars and workshops are held regularly in the seminar rooms and a gastronomic kitchen. At the back of the seminar center there is a fire pit and seating that our guests are welcome to use. Other things to note The seminar house is located in the charming quiet village of Oberrimbach, surrounded by a hilly forest and meadow landscape. Via the nearby A3 you can easily reach the nearest major cities of Würzburg, Nuremberg and Bamberg in less than an hour. Within walking distance of the house, the Steigerwald begins, which invites you to hike, cycle and ride with its numerous paths. On the premises there is a stable with four horses.
