The recreational summer resort is located in the town of Tresta Rządowa on the Sulejowski Lagoon, about 50 km from Łódź ( Łódź Voivodeship), 100 km from Warsaw (access by expressway), about 180 km from Katowice, about 200 km from Lublin. The plot is quite large, nicely developed, with a lot of conifers, spruces, pines, but at the same time there is a place for sunbathing or playing ball (half of the plot in the shade, half in the sun). The area is all fenced with a tight fence, even, safe, microclimate, beautiful wildlife, quiet, peaceful. On the plot there is a comfortable garden swing with cushions, 2 sun loungers, a large mobile grill, hammock, smoking tunnel. On the terrace there is garden furniture with cushions, a small sofa. There is also the possibility of playing various outdoor games, and the car park is fenced. The house is solid, brick, two-storey with a covered terrace, with a covered balcony with an area of about 90m2 (for a maximum of 6 people). It consists of a living room with a fireplace (distribution of warm air to all rooms), a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and two separate bedrooms upstairs (wooden ceiling). The house is refreshed inside, has partially replaced equipment, and has been thermally modernized. In the living room there is a leather sofa (fold-out) with armchairs, and in each of the bedrooms upstairs there is a double bed with a luxurious, very comfortable mattress (Sembella) and a sofa bed. Pets are accepted for a one-time surcharge of PLN 100. There is a beautiful, wide sandy beach on the lagoon, with shallow warm water. You can also rent sports equipment, and there is a small catering facility and a bar at the campsite. In the village of Smardzewice, there is a well-stocked Dino market. It is possible to buy ready-made meals (Tomaszów Mazowiecki). After the initial booking by phone, online or in person, I send the booking conditions and house rules by e-mail. You must then pay a deposit within 3 working days - failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the reservation. The remaining part of the fee must be paid in advance, in cash on the day of rental, arrival.
