The plot is quite large, nicely landscaped, lots of planting conifers, spruces, pine trees, but at the same time there is a place for sunbathing or playing ball (half a plot in the shade, half in the sun). The area is all fenced with a tight fence, level, safe, microclimate, beautiful wildlife, peace and quiet. On the property there is a comfortable garden swing with cushions, 2 sun loungers, a large mobile grill, a hammock, a tunnel for smoking. The terrace has outdoor furniture with cushions, a small sofa. There is also the possibility of playing various motion games and parking for cars fenced. The house is solid, brick, and has a covered terrace with a covered balcony of approx. 90m2 (for up to 6 people). It consists of a living room with a fireplace (distribution of warm air to all rooms), a kitchen ,a bathroom with a toilet, and two separate bedrooms upstairs (wooden ceiling). The home is indoors after refreshing, partially equipped, and thermomodernized. The living room has a leather sofa(sofa bed) with armchairs, and each of the bedrooms upstairs has a double bed with a luxurious, very comfortable mattress(by Sembella) and a sofa bed. Pets are allowed for a one-time fee of 100 zł.
