The space The Emerald Suite is your own private corner of a working plantation estate — ground floor, quiet, and surrounded by greenery that actually feels alive. Inside, a spacious bedroom with large windows that frame the hills and let in soft morning light. Outside, a landscape of cardamom and coffee that most people only ever see in photos. This isn't a resort. It's a place that feels like it was made for exactly two people who want to slow down together — no crowds, no noise, just the two of you and the Western Ghats. Every morning, our in-house chef prepares a complimentary Kerala breakfast — fresh, warm, and served just for you. It's one of those small things that ends up being one of your favourite parts of the trip. What you can do: Take a walk through the plantation — the trails are yours to explore Hike to the viewpoint overlooking the Idukki reservoir at sunrise or sunset Sit by the fire pit in the evening (campfire can be arranged on request) Day trips to Vagamon, Thekkady, or Munnar when you want to venture out Private dining experiences and guided walks available on request Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire Emerald Suite along with designated outdoor areas. You are also welcome to explore the plantation surroundings and walking trails within the property. A short walk through the estate leads to scenic viewpoints, including sunrise and sunset spots overlooking the valley and reservoir. Parking is conveniently available along the roadside close to the property. Other things to note The Emerald Suite is part of a private plantation estate that includes another independent guest unit. While your suite is fully private, certain outdoor areas may be shared if both units are occupied. The property is spacious, ensuring a peaceful and relaxed environment for all guests. Set within a plantation, the surroundings are natural and serene—guests may occasionally encounter insects and the calming sounds of nature. Mobile network coverage is available, though it may vary depending on your service provider.
