Daily cleaning is available upon request, depending on staff availability — please contact us in advance to arrange this. 🚭 Smoking Policy Your comfort and the integrity of our villa are important to us: • Strictly No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and all enclosed spaces. • Designated Outdoor Areas: We kindly ask that you only smoke in designated outdoor areas. Please be mindful of other guests and use the provided ashtrays. ⏰ Check-in & Check-out Guidelines To ensure a smooth transition between guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following times: • Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM (14:00) • Standard Check-out: 12:00 PM (12:00) Kindly Note: • Early/Late Times: We are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, as our cleaning team requires the full time to prepare the villa perfectly for the next guest. • Luggage Storage: Unfortunately, we do not have a dedicated, secure facility to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
