The space Casa Montri is a unique countryside estate located in Montrigiasco, above Arona and Lake Maggiore. Surrounded by more than 20,000 square meters of private parkland, gardens, olive trees, chestnut woods, and blueberry fields, it offers a peaceful retreat immersed in nature. Guests can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere while remaining close to some of Northern Italy’s most beautiful destinations: Arona is just 5 minutes away, Stresa and the Borromean Islands can be reached in about 20 minutes, Milan Malpensa Airport is 25 minutes away, and Milan is approximately 30–40 minutes by car. The property combines vintage character, unique collectible furnishings, outdoor spaces, and shared areas designed for relaxation, conversation, and slow living. Guest access Guests have access to the shared indoor and outdoor areas of the estate, including the gardens, terraces, swimming pool, sunbathing areas, gazebo, barbecue spaces, and recreational areas. The surrounding woodland and walking trails can be explored directly from the property, offering easy access to nature and the peaceful atmosphere of Montrigiasco. During your stay The host lives on the property and will be available throughout your stay to provide recommendations, assistance, and local tips. As this is a room within a shared home, guests may encounter the host and other visitors in common areas. Breakfast can be arranged upon request (€15 per person per day).
