Former dairy, renovated, 166 m², within our farmhouse, near our family home. Sleeps 8 (10 possible), large living room, terrace. This is our little slice of heaven: go cycling or walking on the paths, meet our animals (ponies, donkey, goats, cows, etc.), discover the famous fortified churches, and in summer, enjoy the pool. A rejuvenating stay. The space 🏡 The cottage is located in the heart of our farmhouse, just a short walk from our house. By living on site, we share with you a genuine slice of our daily life and local way of life. We will be delighted to introduce you to the treasures of the region, our favorite places 🍷🧀, the local producers, and the little experiences that are not always found in guidebooks. If you'd like, we can also share a simple and convivial moment over a meal or a chat about life on the farm 🐑☀️ And of course, we remain mindful of your peace and quiet: we know how to keep a low profile so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest in complete freedom and privacy. ✨ The property: 166 m² just for you! 🏠 On the ground floor: A living room overlooking the terrace with sofas, an extra bed and a coffee table: the perfect place to "take your time" (books and board games available) A fitted kitchen A welcoming and bright dining room 🌿 overlooking the courtyard Bathroom + toilet A laundry room with a washing machine 🛏️ UPSTAIRS: Two large bedrooms of 30 m² each with: 1 double bed measuring 140x190 2x 90 x 200 cm single beds That is, 8 beds, with the possibility of 10 with a sofa bed. A hall with a double sofa bed and a desk area A bathroom and a separate toilet 🧺 Bed linen and linens (towels, tea towels, etc.) are provided, and the beds are made before your arrival ✨ 🌟 The little EXTRAS: 🚲 6 adult bikes provided free of charge, including 5 electric bikes — perfect for exploring the paths and villages of the Thiérache ☔ And if it rains, don't worry: a covered terrace is reserved for you! 🔥 Electric barbecue available 🎯 Outdoor games: Bocce ball Badminton Golf set Ping pong table 🐾 And of course… our animals, whom we'll be happy to introduce you to 🎯 Indoor games: Rummy, Scrabble, checkers, books and children's games, and many other board games for having a good time! 🏊‍♀️ In summer: the heated pool (weather permitting) 👉 Remember to bring your pool towels, as they are not provided. The pool is shared with us, but we respect your time slots so that you can fully enjoy your moments of relaxation.💦 🌿 Finally, out of respect for the premises, we ask that you tidy up and do a little cleaning before checkout.
