My apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, is fully furnished, is in a building with excellent structure (swimming pool, ballroom, barbecue, fitness center, sauna, 1 parking space, toy library) and in an excellent location in Jardim Aquarius, considered the best neighborhood in the city. It has a ceiling fan in all rooms, air-conditioning in the living room (which ends up cooling the entire apartment), and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your needs. Excellent Wi-Fi. Guest access The building has a 24-hour entrance. Guests can use the fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, playroom, party room and barbecue grill (the latter two by reservation. Please contact me and I will arrange it). Guests are not allowed to use these areas. Other things to note For guests staying longer than 30 days, a cleaning will be required every 15 days, with a cleaning lady I recommend.
