Refuge na Serra: Enjoy a totally private garden and a delicious reddress to read and rest to the sound of birds, with direct views of the mountains. 🫧 Relaxamento & Lazer Privativo: Ofurô & Pool: Ofurô of external and heated wood (tram), strictly sanitized and with water exchanged for each accommodation (we leave bath spheres available). On hot days, enjoy the private pool with coupled SPA. Full Deck: Outdoor area with sun loungers, swing, peacock chair, barbecue, fireplace and side table (bring your charcoal and firewood). 🛌 Comfort & Internal Structure: Bedroom & Bath: Queen bed with full linen (soft sheets, pillows and blankets). We offer bathrobes, bath towels, outdoor towels and slippers. On cold days, enjoy the indoor ecological fireplace and our warm blankets. Kitchen : Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, Air Fryer, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker and fondue pan. We provide basic items (salt, sugar, seasonings and coffee powder). Bathrooms: There are 2 impeccable private bathrooms, with access by the covered balcony, equipped with a hairdryer and selected amenities. Technology: High-speed Wi-Fi and TV with multiple channels. 📍 Location & Facilities: Easy Access: Only 3 km from the center of Itapeva (markets, pharmacies and snack bars). Mostly asphalted path, with a small stretch of very well preserved land. Explore the Region: Ideal starting point to visit Extrema/MG (15 km), with great cuisine, and Monte Verde/MG (just 40 minutes away). We have private, uncovered parking in the internal area. Other things to note ➡️We do not provide food service such as breakfast, lunch or dinner. Bathroom ➡️ access is by balcony with covered area. There are 2 baths in total . ➡️Free on-site parking. ➡️The third guest will be accommodated on the pull-out sofa in the living room for an additional fee. 🚫 No smoking inside the hut.
