PARKING is FREE, safe and just behind the building - a real bonus in downtown Indy! It is contemporary yet cozy and has a spacious setting. We take pride in the amazing work done by our housekeeping staff. Much more than a hotel room yet just a nice; Flat Out Indy I gives you room to spread out in a suite type atmosphere. As you can see from our high score, we are attentive to you, get back to you in a jiffy. Scott and I live close and keep a close eye out if you need something in a pinch. Location/Location/Location; its our most frequent compliment. We are just blocks away from Massachusetts Avenue, a bustling street with restaurants, nightclubs and shops. You are within walking distance or a short drive from all that is happening downtown. Check out our photos for distances to popular sites and venues. The apartment is in the same block as the Cultural Trail; a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects neighborhoods, Cultural Districts and entertainment. There is a separate bedroom with a new and comfortable king bed with amazing linens. Note that there is a back door (covered with a curtain) that is securely locked; this door is to stay locked and is not to be used. You will find a common living room/kitchenette with a fold out Queen size sofa. The linens to the fold out are in the left side of the sofa, just lift. Also note there is a locked basement door and there is no street access from that basement. The kitchenette has everything you need to cook some basic meals. Instead of a stove, we have a two burner hotplate and toaster oven. You will find a Keurig with coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Our goal is to offer you comfortable accommodations to enjoy our lovely/lively/diverse Indy. Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Note: the locked door near the bathroom leads to the basement. No worries our basement has no access to the outside. Early check in/Late check out - Please know that we will try to accommodate your needs as we know you may have travel plans that require adjusted check in and check out. We are usually booked and only have a four hour window to turn the flat for the next guest. But we can work with our housekeeping staff and see if we can accommodate your needs. If the day before or the day after your stay is available and you would like a late check out or early check in, we have a policy that offers 1/2 the booking price of the day before or after that would guarantee you late check out or early check in. This is your private space. But the owners live within a short drive and can be there in case of an emergency. We like to be proactive so if you have any issues or problems we prefer you let us know immediately during your stay so that we can find a resolution. A day or so before your arrival I will send keycodes, directions and parking instructions via the Airbnb messaging App. Please confine your communication between 8am and 10pm. However if there is an issue, check the binder first where you might find your answer. If not definitely text or call so we can resolve ASAP (no time is too early or late). You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. → Our neighborhood is a blend of commercial and residential buildings on a fairly busy (during the day) one way street. Bedroom in the back but honestly we don't get complaints about the street. → Massachusetts Avenue with its restaurants and shops is minutes away and Old National is one block away. I highly recommend using ride-sharing services: Uber and Lyft → Pacers Bike Share with bikes located conveniently near our location → Lime's electric scooters all over downtown. Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel and treat the space with respect. If you have an abundance of trash please take it to the dumpster at the very back of the Great Frame Up building, not the side which is our neighbors. We want to keep our 5 star rating and want you to have a five star experience so if any problems arise please let us know immediately and we will do our best to take action ASAP.
