A newly built spacious one bed, private access annexe in the beautiful village of Naphill, Buckinghamshire. Naphill is conveniently located between London (main line train station 10 minutes away) and Oxford (35 minute drive). Close to the towns of Marlow and Beaconsfield. Naphill is a small friendly village. Walking distance from the lodge include a Chinese takeaway, two pubs , two cafes, post office and co-op. Lots of walking in the beautiful Chiltern Hills and beech woodlands. The space Kingswick Lodge is a self contained spacious one bed annexe accessed by a private external door. Parking for one car on driveway. The lodge is newly built and decorated to a high standard. The property is suitable for 2 people or 2 people and a baby. On entering the lodge there is a large hallway with space for coats and shoes. The lounge has a comfy sofa, dining table that seats two and French doors leading to a patio area. The internet enabled TV has access to all the main apps include BBC, ITV and Channel 4 via a Firestick. At the back of the lounge is the kitchen with sink, fridge with freezer compartment, two ring induction hob, microwave, air fryer, toaster and kettle. The kitchen has all the utensils, pots, pans and crockery that you need for your stay. Complementary tea and coffee provided. The bathroom features a generous walk in-shower with overhead rainfall shower, wc and sink. The large bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, clothes hanging rail, hairdryer and full length mirror. There is plenty of space for a travel cot. Outside of the property is a private patio with seating area and umbrella. This quiet area overlooks the hosts mature garden. Iron / ironing board available on request. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Towels and bed linen provided. Guest access Parking for one car is available on the large private driveway outside the property.
