The space The "Spatzennest" is located in the attic of the "Lindenhof" directly next to the "Kornspeicher" and, like the latter, can also be reached via the external staircase. Until the construction of the annex in 2022, it was our smallest apartment for 2 guests. However, by connecting to the new annex, it is now ideally suited for larger groups of up to 6 people with its more than 110 square meters of floor space, which is distributed over 3 bedrooms (3 double beds) and 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom with shower/toilet, 1 bathroom only toilet), the large kitchen and a storage room. If necessary, another person can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed. In addition to the very high-quality furnishings, guests of the "Sparzennest" can use a large balcony as a special highlight, from which they can enjoy a beautiful distant view over the fields and forests around Bergenhausen. You will find plenty of space in the kitchen-living room, which offers a very generous living pleasure, especially due to the open space up to the ridge. The floor is equipped with solid oak ship floor parquet, the built-in kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. A dining table for 6 people and a living area with a flat-screen TV complete the kitchen's amenities. On the west-facing gable side, 4 windows offer a beautiful view of the adjacent fields as well as our open stable and the paddock for the horses. The floors of the three bedrooms are covered with light antique marble tiles made of travertine. Each of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a 180 cm wide beam bed made of rustic recycled wood. The bedroom located in the "old building" has a double-winged window, which is directly adjacent to the balcony, but which is reserved only for the use of the guests of the "Sparrow's Nest." The other two bedrooms are each equipped with a dormer with large, floor-to-ceiling windows. The larger bathroom with shower can also be seen with its furnishings: Here, tumbled antique marble, a beautiful sink made of natural stone and rustic built-in cupboards also provide the necessary ambience. This bathroom is completed by a washing machine, so that clean laundry is also provided here for longer stays. Another bathroom, which only has a toilet and a sink, is located in the annex directly next to the two bedrooms located there.
