Country cottage, house with character near the lake

Treat yourself to a break in nature in the heart of the Pays de Langres in a peaceful and authentic location. Our cottage is ideal for both a couple and a large family of up to 6 people and 1 baby. With 4 beds, including 1 king size bed and a baby cot, it combines the calm of the countryside with comfort and relaxation. Pets welcome. Between Dijon, Troyes and Nancy, a short distance from Langres and 200 m from one of the 4 lakes: fishing, canoeing, pedal boats, horseback riding, cycling, swimming and sightseeing await you. The space Stone country house in the village bordering the lake. We can accommodate a couple or an entire family with 3 bedrooms. There is a large dining room as well as a relaxation area on the mezzanine. There are games, a pool table, and a teepee for the little ones. The secluded terrace in the back will allow you to spend quality time with your family. ⚠️ Temporary information – Hot tub Due to the current water restrictions in our area, the Jacuzzi is temporarily unavailable. This measure is taken in order to respect the prefectural restrictions related to water consumption. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to be able to offer you the Jacuzzi again as soon as the situation allows. The other amenities and services of the Gîte des Sorbiers are of course still available. Guest access The vacation rental is located 8 minutes from the A31 motorway exit Langres Nord (Rolampont). You have access to the whole house, which is a stone building. The bedrooms, bathroom and toilet are upstairs, as well as a play and relaxation area. The kitchen and living/dining room are on the ground floor. Other things to note Pets are welcome. The gite has 3 beds, one in each bedroom, prepared for your arrival. If you would also like to use the sofa bed in the game room or the extra single bed, please let us know in advance so we can prepare them before your arrival. 📢🕗 OUTSIDE THE FRENCH SCHOOL YEAR - ZONE B! Weekday arrivals 🌿 Outside of school term, overnight stays are still possible on weekdays. To allow us to best prepare for your arrival, check-in on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays will be from 7 p.m./8 p.m. In return, check-outs can be made until 12:00 pm. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility 😊 We offer breakfast or a welcome basket with local specialties as an extra if you wish. The cleaning fee includes only bed sheets, towels, and other linens. The property must be returned in a "normal" state of cleanliness. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation, but there are 2 smoking areas outside the cottage.
