Utility/Boot Room: A larger boot room that can be accessed from the driveway for use after long country walks that doubles as a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Cloakroom: A shared downstairs WC with vintage Victorian-style toilet. There is an EV charging point in the driveway that can be used for an additional fee, however guests will need to supply their own charging cable.  We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum during your stay, as the property is located in a peaceful rural residential area.
