There is air conditioning units in the the TV room upstairs and bedroom number 2 with the double bed. Guest access Guests have the entire house with the exception of some private closet space. There is a fenced in backyard with a gas grill and a garage for bikes, etc. Parking available for no more than two cars. Cars cannot be parked on the street. Fireplace is decoration only. I am an hour and 1/2 north of Boston, an hour from the seacoast, 20 minutes north of Loudon race track, Gunstock ski resort and 6 miles from the Meadowbrook concert venue. Stay local or explore.
